My professional journey as an unlicensed psychotherapist commenced in 2017 upon the completion of my Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University in 2016. Subsequent to my graduation, I have undertaken comprehensive training experiences and actively participated in counseling and clinical environments, which have significantly contributed to the establishment of a robust foundation for my mental health counseling practice.

My diverse training background encompasses addiction counseling, involvement in treatment centers for adolescents, participation in jail-based treatment programs, engagement in sobriety court treatment, and completion of various training modules facilitated by the Office of Behavioral Health in Colorado. Notably, I attained my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in May 2022.

For the past six years, I have been recognized as an unlicensed psychotherapist under the Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA) in Colorado. Additionally, I hold a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate license (LPCC), License Number LPCC.0019599, and I am proud to be a National Certified Counselor (NCC).

Within my counseling practice, I offer a diverse range of evidence-based behavioral techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, play therapy, and Solution Focused Brief therapy. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), providing specialized services for adults, children, and adolescents.
