Services
Within my therapeutic practice, I facilitate a constructive process to assist clients in addressing personal challenges. This involves elucidating their concerns, exploring available options, formulating effective strategies, and fostering heightened self-awareness.
I employ a thoughtful approach to psychotherapy, designing methods that promote self-understanding and encourage clients to cultivate new perspectives and emotional responses to life circumstances. Additionally, I integrate Biblical-based counseling and strength-based principles into my practice, offering empowering frameworks to facilitate personal growth and development.
My objective is to engage clients at their current level of readiness, providing tailored support to assist them in achieving their goals, aspirations, and enduring life objectives. Through a professional and empathetic approach, I aim to contribute meaningfully to their journey of self-discovery and positive transformation.
I provide treatment services for individuals, couples, and families that cover a variety of behavioral techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress management, boundary training, healing trauma, increasing self-worth, assertiveness training, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment, and work/life balance. Animal Assisted Therapy is also available at the Brush location.
